The room fills. The first round begins. Every result stays explainable.
The organizer keeps the event moving while players always know where to sit, how the score was formed, and where they stand.
Gather the field
Maintain the player list, mark early departures, and keep related players at separate tables where a valid seating allows it.
Seat every round
Build tables of three or four, reduce repeat opponents, or bring the leading players together when the format calls for it.
Capture the whole score
Record settlements, cities, VP cards, knights, roads, bonuses, and the player who actually claimed the victory.
Make results clear
Publish read-only rounds and standings, share board links, and export the complete result history when the event ends.

Placement points, victory points, shared ties, Largest Army, Longest Road, and claimed victory are calculated from the recorded table details. Players can inspect the same rules the organizer uses.
